The HTL Hydraulic Crush is the ultimate in upright mobile
crushes for the professional hooftrimmer. Its superior
build quality and attention to detail makes this the
flagship of the HTL range, incorporating a radio control
system and Texas front head gate, ensuring best cow
flow and operator safety.

The axle is fitted through the floor, eliminating the need
for cows to step over it. The back bar is oversized to
restrain the hind leg gently but securely, while lever
valve controls activate gently and precisely. The rear
gates are made from thick aluminum and all hinges
have easily replaced bronze bushes. An oil accumulator
system is fitted as standard to increase speed, whilst
needing a lower power requirement to run the system.

All hydraulic components and electrical parts are of the
highest quality to ensure they give a long and trouble-free
life. A galvanised and plated finish protects and complements,
the machine's appearance and eases cleaning and bio security.
