Crushes

For the last few years hooftrimming ltd have been developing and modifying crushes to enhance their performance, ease of use along with cow and operator comfort.

Early experiences with various hydraulic crushes led to us fitting the first accumulator system to a uk hooftrimming crush.

Subsequently we successfully fitted the first wireless radio control system to a crush in the uk.

We have since designed a revolutionary new crush system that incorporates the versatility of radio control with an accumulator system for speed, while reducing the power requirement of the whole set upand hand valves for precise and gentle movement.

Using superior engineering and top quality parts, all our new crushes are built to a very high standard and are fitted with the latest technical developments such as

hydraulic legs for adjusting working height
radio control for ease of operation
accumulator system for speed
oversized back bar for the ultimate back leg restraint
Texas front-end head gate.

We also supply and fit radio control units to any type of hydraulic crush, and custom build aluminum hot boxes that provide storage for any type of hoof block along with a heat source to warm the glue for rapid adhesion.
