HTL Electric Hooftrimming Crush

The static HTL Electric Hooftrimming Crush is proving to be a very popular option for any size herd where the operator wants an easier way of handling cattle for foot trimming without all the back-ache.

Featuring sturdy steel construction and a self-locking front head gate, this crush combines safety with ease of use by having two hinged gates each side to help funnel the cows in.

A rear bar is manually ratcheted into position behind the cow to secure her before the belly band is lifted by means of an electric winch. The rear leg strap is then attached and again lifted by an electric winch, which is switch-operated from the side of the crush. The front feet are roped and lifted on to the block in the same manner and, when lowered, the back leg and belly band follow suit. The front yoke then opens outwards leaving the cow to exit forwards with no obstacles and leaving you ready for the next! This crush also incorporates a rear chain, which means it can easily be used for other routine jobs, such as AI and vet inspections.
