This tray, existing of two troughs situated side by side, is placed in a passage. When the animals walk through the tray, a liquid: water to which a disinfectant or chemical is added, it is sprayed with force on to the hooves.
Because cleaning is by means of water spraying with force on to the hooves, the dirt is removed from the infected places and between the claws and the disinfectant can reach the right places.
The cows walk, because of the two troughs, slowly and searching through the tray.
In this way the liquid has enough time to clean thoroughly and can be absorbed by the injured places.
A tank is connected to the bath in which the liquid is mixed. The system is automatically filled from the container. By means of a sieve, dirt is removed from the water, which recycles the solution.
Ideal for treatment and prevention of digital dermatitis and other associated foot problems.

Water consumption: Half a litre water per cow, the tray is automatically cleaned and the water is recycled and filled.
Results: After 6 weeks a noticeable reduction is seen in hoof ailments such as digital dermatitis
Optional extras: As an addition we offer a dosatron system to be added to the inlet supply which allows you to add liquid chemical to the water at the desired rate making it a fully contained unit and no need to handle/measure the chemical.
